I have visual positive camber with my alignment today after new LCA bushings, OME 885 coils, Bilstein 5100's, and new wheels/tires. It drives ok, but definitely has a dead spot when steering is dead center, and wanders ever so slightly. The shop I went to said everything was in spec, which is technically true, but the truck feels a little "loose". They also flattened the tabs on both sides of the front mounts...

    Here are the measurements

I'm concerned about the camber numbers, especially since I have brand new tires as of today and a 1,200 mile trip coming up in two weeks.

    What should I do?
Take it to a different alignment shop and see if they can dial it in better? ($75-100)
Get UCA's installed in the next week and do another alignment? ($700-1,000)

Your camber should be equal and caster higher on the right. Can't say if it was incompetence or laziness, but I don't see another reason why you shouldn't be able to get better numbers with your setup.

I really thought I could get away without new UCA's given the relatively small lift height (less than 2.5 inches). Kinda disappointed this is how it turned out.

I think you can. I have about the same lift, albeit a 3rd gen. My camber is .6 and caster was in your same range but set higher on the right for road crown. Drives well enough for me and tire wear is fine. IMO a better alignment will help tire wear, but may or may not not solve the wandering issue without UCAs.

That's a long thread. What did you do, specifically?

I'm considering asking a competent tech to shoot for 0 Camber, 0 Toe, and 2.1-2.4 Caster. Does that sound right?

Most i could get was 1.7 caster with stock uppers. But those are the correct numbers we shoot for

I took it to a different (better?) alignment shop, and they were able to get Camber and Toe close to 0, but said they couldn't get the Caster into that range. The truck drives better than it did before, but still feels slightly loose at highway speeds. Hopefully I can fix that with new UCA's someday. For now I'll keep the current setup.
