I need some smoked cheese in my life right about now...

 

I used the a-maze-n smoke tube after many good reviews about it

 

I picked one up too recently. Need to add it in next smoke.

 

I got the 12” one and it lasted 3.25 hours and had plenty left to last 4 hours +

 

I went with the expandable one and got a various array of pellets. mostly pecan though. I do have a block of Tillamook Cheddar in the fridge too... hmmm

 

Tillamook Extra Sharp is a staple in our house.

We grab a brick every Costco Trip. We shred and slice it up. it's good eating!

a friend of mine smoked a couple blocks of cheese for me, they've been sitting in the fridge just a bit over a week, going to try them later

 

It’s always interesting to be reminded of Tillamook cheese’s reach! when you live in Oregon you pretty much grow up on Tillamook and being that I only live 2 hours away from the creamery it’s pretty cool

 

When I was stationed in WA state, I got addicted to it. Glad it is available in lots of places now.

its common in the PNW. I missed it when I was elsewhere in the country...

 

I remember driving by it in 2010 on a road trip I did to B.C.


The Forest isn't a bad place to wheel either!

 

They have a brand new big building that just opened last year.... The old one was cool but the new one is even better

 

saw a BGE for sale in our local CL for $300...no pics though, I emailed them but no response yet.
