Your Favorite Color Option with Topper (3 Choices)

Whats your favorite color out of the 3 listed with a bed topper including windoors?

Pictures below for examples of how I would want to set it up (roughly). Couldn’t find a good black one with windoors.

My personal opinion of colors with a topper:

• White has a “company vehicle” look to it. Like it’s headed to check a gas meter or kill some bugs or something.
• Black, the lines blur due to the dark color and almost make it look like an SUV.
• Grey falls in between white and black giving a little contrast over black but not as drastic as white

Now, I’ve always been a big fan of high contrast. Cement grey, sandstone and super white being my favorite colors with black aftermarket parts. But the topper on the super white is bugging me for some reason. I’ve owned a lot of vehicles in my time with the majority being either black or white. Black earlier in my life, and white later in life. I live on a dirt road and black is hard to keep up with.

I want/need a topper for function (snugtop rebel), but mostly don’t like the way they look. Long story short, I love white but the topper on them is pushing the eject button for me. Black is nice because it “hides” the topper but I’m lazy when it comes to keeping it clean. Grey doesn’t look too bad with the topper and there is just a slight bit of contrast to black aftermarket parts to maybe keep me happy.

Thought I would put this up to get other people’s opinion of what color they like and why. It’s all personal preference with no wrong answer and everyone has a reason they chose what they chose. Thanks for sharing your opinions!

ive got a buddy with a black 3rd gen and cap....looks pretty sharp, now mine isn't part of your 3 options but thought it toss it out for a visual

 

Cement is probably my favorite color that toyota makes. Definitely a sharp high contrast (other then white) color. Thanks for sharing.

I want to love the white, because I love how clean it looks (minus the topper), but this is all I see when I look at a white tacoma with a topper. lol

 

Best color for a topper is whatever color your truck is.

 

Question is in regards to what toyota tacoma color do you like with a topper. Some truck colors embrace a topper better then others, IMO. Or, rather, Some trucks look good with a topper on it.
