So lately I've had a squeal from my right front brake (I think). It only happens at a certain speed and brake pressure, lighter or harder, faster or slower and it goes away. The pads and disks are fairly new, I think they may be a year old give or take a few months. I haven't had time to take the wheel off yet but when I do what should I look for and what should I do to try to quiet things? They are trd pads and oem disks.

Had the same problem after replacing my pads and rotors. I took it back apart and couldn't find out what it was then put it back together and it went away. So I believe my problem was the springs. My brother said I should have 2 on each caliper but I only have one on each

Get some heat into the brakes. My wife's Q7 has brake squeal and after 3 to 5 rounds of hard braking from 70mph to 10mph then normal driving to let them cool back down the noise is gone.

Are you running oem brakes or aftermarket?

Wheel bearings going bad can cause a squeaking sound too. Don't ask me how I know
