Not difficult at all just two bolts hold the filter screen on. I also replaced my pan gasket when I dropped it to clean the magnets.

You aren't very bright are you clowny. It is an OIL ANALYSIS not engine analysis. Yes your synthetic oil you changed at 5,000 miles will test better than my synthetic oil I changed at 12,500 miles. Dum dum

I'm at ~160k. I drive the truck hard ever since I purchased it new and no major/unusual issues to report here. Even at this mileage, it still drives like new although I try to be proactive in my maintenance and repair. I don't have any feelings of unreliability. Perhaps some minor rod knock noise but i could be misinterpreting it and this noise has been around for at least 2-3 years or 50k+ miles, possibly longer.

I use 5w30 synthic, changed every 5,000 miles. Also running a fumoto drain plug so oil changes are very quick. I mostly run Mobile 1 from walmart but sometimes switch to a different synthetic, depending on the sale. Also using Toyota OEM filter that I buy in bulk off Ebay for ~$3-5 a piece.

Not that I noticed. The transmission, since new, would learch forward whenever I came to an abrupt stop. Other than that, no.

Agreed. Oil change takes about 10 mins and if you buy mobile 1 at costco or walmart it's like $26 bucks a case. No need to stretch it.

That sounds like axle wrap maybe? My issue is when passing on the highway when it downshifts it'll hang around 3500 RPM for longer than I'd like. Otherwise it shifts smooth. We should start another thread about what happened before your transmission grendaded..hah

I had a driver cut me off on a major highway in Pa (Rt 30), I had to brake hard to avoid a collision, I then punched it to get away from said IDIOT driver and the trans would not shift into OD, it was stuck in 4. To make a long story forever...that’s what led to the failure.
