Can't find goddamn brake controller plug

I've got a 2012 OR with tow package. I can't find the plug under the dash! There are a few capped plugs near the e-brake/drivers kick panel but none are the right shape for the wiring pigtail that came with the truck.

I can see two more capped plugs but they are so far up behind the dash they are pretty much where the drivers "face" air vent is located.

Why couldn't toyota make the plug easily accessible? I'm stumped. Where the fack is it?????
