Can anyone give me some insight on what may be causing the squeaking on the front suspension of my truck? It only happens when I go over speedbumps and undulations on the road. The dealership has not been able to fix it.

Have you replaced your upper control arms with poly bushings or added any poly bushings? Not enough info but if you have they need to be regreased every 5k or how often they start to squeak. Part of the fun of having them. If not then could be a bad part or something that needs a bit of love to move smoothly again.

I’m in the same boat on a 2017 TRD OR, been in once for squeaking while turning right and hitting bumps. Dealership supposedly found a lower engine cover that was the culprit and added some padding between the contact points, day later the noise was back and worse. Taking it back in for another look at the problem.
