    Looking for hardware that came with Toyota OEM bug deflector.
    Specifically the "adhesive anchors". See pic. Or any generic kits ?

    Adhesive anchor to your paint? Ouch!
    Could always get one of those $1 store nylon cutting boards and just shape it down to what you are looking for. Plenty of 3M variants for different adhesive qualities. Perhaps check with a Parts department to see if there is a "replacement kit" available (could get the part # or manufacturer).
