Two years ago just after getting my 2017 Taco I took it on a 2000 mile road trip from western NY to St Louis Missouri. When I got back I was not very pleased with the shifting and power. I just completed a trip to Cleveland Ohio and back for a total of about 650 miles. This time I used the S mode and stayed out of 6th gear, limiting the S mode to 5th for cruising. I was surprised and impressed with the difference in the 2 trips. I was able to run with traffic and still got 24 miles to the gallon doing it. My feelings have changed quite a bit about the truck.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Good. Learned something new. Edit: what tires are you running?

I put on 2018 17” 4 Runner wheels and they had original equipment Bridgestones on them.
