Springs can be both worn and ok at the same time . Yours are flat and a little negative but not so bad it's a must fix now situation.

Do yourself a favor. When you order new springs order new bolts and hardware. Just cut the old off and you'll have a better day.

I replaced my 19-year old springs last year, they were W-shaped. Most aftermarket leaf packs will give your truck some lift, so do your research and figure out what you want for your truck. Do you want it to look stock or modified? How much weight do you want to carry? Do you drive mostly off-road or mostly on the street? What about the front suspension?

I went with Deaver J59 leaf packs from Wheelers Offroad and they are perfect for me. Traction on the street is remarkably better than stock. Upgrading the suspension was some of the best money I've ever spent on my truck.
