Installed a New storm/screen door. The top window comes down and pulls a screen down with it.

 

Less to mow?

 

Got a similar door with the pull down screen. We like it but the edge of the screen can be fragile.

Just got word a little bit ago that we got the house!

 

we wont use the screen a lot so hopefully it holds up...our house is a little dark inside so opening this without letting all the bugs in should help.

 

could be worse, they could have stuffed news papers in there...is this on your place? or job related?

 

Some models of Whirlpool and Kitchenaid have a part update on thermal fuses. What site did you order from?

Thanks! Hopefully this fixes it, its older unit now, i assume from when they built the house in 2007. I got the old fuse # and found a new whirlpool # should be here Friday. They had one in town but $27 for a fuse was too much for my cheap a$$ The one I ordered was $6 and some change.

 

Be careful , that paper faced stuff of that era can test positive for asbestos

 

well I have power back to my dishwasher...Need to fill it up and try it out but I did a self test reset and it went through a cycle so Im pretty sure its fixed.

After starting the patio cover build about three years ago, I finally finished today by putting up the shade lattice. A few more finishing touches and then it's the waiting game for the Blue Moon Wisteria to grow through it.
