    Clean your base boards. Then do a vinyl plank floor since your on a slab. We have one and its great. Looks and feels (mostly) like wood, but water resistant, and resistant to pet claws.

    Could send them to get sand blasted and powered coated. Shouldn’t be to expensive.

    Unless you wanna be cheap then just kockoff the rust and spray paint it lol

    Baseboards need to be changed, they're all beat up. We have the vinyl plank at our cabin. We really like it, but it's labor intensive.
