    Not really unfortunately. Most guys use 260-270° to bake. Clearing out the headlight edge channels, some people like to do it cold, but I've found that if you heat it up some, you can get larger chunks out. It is a pain to remove for sure. Worst part is that you need to remove like 99% of it before you can apply your new butyl sealant.

    Did you do it yourself on your headlights? My buddy was scared to really chip away at the headlights because he didn't want to destroy the edge channels. Did you kinda have to just say "f*%& it" and ruin them anyway?
