I've got both tools listed on the FS section. When I emailed gadget at URD he instructed me to have the long point of the trimmer facing left when it was at the top spot of the pulley. After spending 2.5 hours to trim my snout half of what other guys were cutting them back to I'm beginning to wonder if he meant the tip cutting the snout? I thought he meant the tip touching the spring. They are opposite of each other.
The good news is that they are interchangeable as the square cutting part slides in and out. Gadget says it should only take a half hour or so turning it with a wrench. I was using a cordless screwdriver at the slowest speed. Just turn it clockwise with a tool or socket on the center hex nut that's tightened into the snout (hand tight). Go slow. I'm guessing that with the cutter turned the other way it must work a whole lot faster. Aha!

I went ahead and trimmed my snout back another 1/8"+ today. Yep, it seems I had the cutter the opposite way. Ugh!

I've now marked with a red felt tip marker what end should be touching the snout.

To break these out seperate, I'll do the snout trimmer $78 shipped and the pulley install tool shipped $27.
