    You are right. It was an assumption on my part based on the fact that my truck has lane departure and a backup camera, which I am now guessing are standard. The dealer didn't say it had a tech package. I am coming from a base 2006 so I am not used to all these fancy technologies!

    No worries dude. Tech package is the BSM and cross traffic alert / rear radar. I've had it and not had it, not really missing much.
