New Tacoma owner.. Used 2019 SR 4x2 Access cab with 3k miles. Just traded my mile F-250 6.7 for it... because I wanted LESS. Seems I was always filling my F250 up with sod, Plants, stone, cement, lumber, furniture, diesel fuel and other unwanted (and expensive) items.Last week home depot fork-lifted an A/C unit onto my bed. Well, NO MORE. lol. Also, my one truck garage has suddenly become a 3 car garage ... ::shock::

kind of iffy about a soft topper. heavy rain, snow, can it keep the items inside my bed dry? I don't know anyone who owns one, also would like to sleep inside my truck bed during hunting trips instead of a tent.

I have a softopper, as do many other members. They can hold like 50lbs of snow, mine is always dry. Plus it can fold down in a few seconds or come off completely and store away easy if needed. You don’t need a hoist or huge place to store a camper shell.

Can’t do this in a regular shell without planning.
