Love mine. Dog hair is a bitch to get out - gets stuck in the fibers of the rug but not a deal breaker for me.

Like mine but it is a PITA to clean.

It's great for quick naps with out rolling out a bed pad, gives good traction for dogs, keeps stuff from sliding around, and basically turns the bed with a shell into an extension of the cab I terms of the finished look...this week s a pro for some and a con for others.

Easier on the knees climbing around in the bed. (I have a camper shell)

Stuff doesn't slide around like crazy which it does with the naked plastic bed.

Cons are things don't slide easily (when you want them to) but if you're moving furniture or something you can pull it out easy enough.

I’ve had it in 2 trucks and think it’s awesome. I have a shell on my truck and sleep back there often on hunting and fishing trips. The bed rug makes it cozy. Really great on the knees when you have to crawl around back there. I’ve had no problems with cleaning it. I get the usual dirt on it from my outdoor activities and lots of dog hair from my black lab who also sleeps in the back of the truck when camping. The vacuum cleans it up pretty well. Another great thing about the bed rug is the custom fit. Looks great. As long as I have a camper shell on my trucks I’ll have a bed rug.

The BedRug was already installed in mine when I bought it a month ago. So far, I really like it.
The one question I have is, if I wanted to haul gravel or top soil or bark, should I pull the rug system out or will it just clean up ok?

Just put a tarp over the rug. That should keep it fairly clean.

Gravel and dirt aren't as hard to clean out as bark from firewood. Shop vac and hose it out. Wood/bark sticks to it like my dogs hair. Like suggested above get a tarp for that. Otherwise they are awesome on the knees and I like mine.

The bottom line is if you’re going to be hauling crap like gravel, dirt, firewood, garbage or other dirty material either remove The bedrug or cover the bottom and sides of the truck bed with tarp.
