I got my tires rotated and balanced a few weeks ago and balanced. Ever since then my steering wheel has shook like crazy. I got the tires re balanced and they said there was no broke belts or anything but still shaking like crazy. They are brand new tires. Has anyone got any suggestions or been through this before.

It seems the front tires are NOT balanced. Have your tire shop re-balance the front tires!

Rotate front to rears and see if the shaking moves.

If not, unlikely to be tire related.

Tell them to un-rotate the tires and see what happens then.

Check the torque on the wheel nuts

Does this happen all the time? If it only happens when you brake could be warped rotors.

That's what I thought about doing. But eventually I'm gonna have this problem again because all this didn't start till I had em rotated the first time

    You miss the point.

    This isn't a 'fix', its a diagnostic

Change the title of this thread to "help with vibration" because people are going to be clicking thinking you need actual help (i.e. you're stuck somewhere).

After that, head outside and check the torque on your lugnuts. Then rotate the right front to the back of the truck. If that solves it there's a problem with that tire. If the problem persists, try the same with the left front tire.

If you are still having vibrations check wheel bearings and suspension components for wear.

I waited like 15k to rotate my tires, when I did my steering wheel shakes all the time now... my own fault. Did you wait too long to rotate as well?

Does the vibration go away when you put it in 4wd?

The torque number can be good, but torqued out of sequence or in the wrong manner and have the wheel cocked.

When you rotate the tires for your diagnostic work, torque them in a proper pattern, in a proper method, by hand. It may not fix your issue, but it can cause the issue, and it's free to try. As is the rotation.
