Anyone know what’s going on here?

Last 2-3 weeks I’ve called the dealer looking for parts and they’re telling me Toyota’s parts system is down. They can still order parts but instead of stuff being next day they say could be 2 days could be 2 months and they have no way of seeing is somethings back ordered or available.

Wondering if it’s Canada only or all of Toyota.
