I am currently doing a head gasket with a new head from APR Auto that will be here Tuesday. I’m thinking of doing headers, heard that there can be a significant gain In power. And with a 4 banger with 33’s up and down mountains I can use all the power I can get. Is it worth it? Just spent $600 on a new head so not trying to dump a ton of money but I’m right here so what do y’all recommend?

A good header is going to cost you the same as the head I bet. Or close. I would recommend the LCE header. I think it's about $450 if I am not mistaken. Google that and you will see all kinds of other stuff you can spend money on ;)

Go turbo or go home. A header opens power up in high rpms only. You will lose driveability in the city at lower rpms.

If your stock header is still good I'd just use that if you are looking to save some coin.
