Toyota Owners website down permanently?

So I made an account when I first bought my truck nearly three months ago, but have yet to ever be able to log in to the Toyota Owners website. Is the site just known to have constant issues? Is it always down? Or have the 12 DIFFERENT computers I've used all have the same issues?

I keep hearing people mention using the website on different posts/threads but it's like, how are you folks even accessing it. I've always gotten an error 500 when it accepts my correct log in and goes to load the actual site with my information.

Well fuuuuudge, wth!? Man, I keep trying this website from home, work, friends places, even the phone app with no luck. Atleast on the app I can login for, but it just hangs when adding a VIN starting it just couldn't contact Toyota or something.

Alright, thanks for atleast posting and letting me know it may just be me and my luck. I'll keep trying things, maybe try to make a new account if I can.

 

Use a different web browser. I can't open toyota owners website using Firefox. I have to use Microsoft Edge.

 

Yeah, it's just me I guess. I just tried FF, IE, and Chrome with no luck, same 500 page. I have a tablet that was Edge and even it came up with same 500 page. Just my luck I guess. Thanks for the help guys, was just hoping to use some of the features and keep track of records and such.

 

Dump your browser cache and cookies for the toyota website. Restart the computer and try again.

 

If you have a VPN turn it off. Mine wouldn't work with it on. Too many people doing dumb stuff from.same VPN IP address im sure.
