smashed this, broke that, covered it up with tape and paint
@BigMike any chance of a one off order for the gussets without the cam tabs?
I’m solid mount but would still love the gussets

Yeehaw. My fabricator Joe (GMG fab scottsdale , AZ) is dropping beads on my marlin kit. He builds serious trail rigs and he said he was very impressed with this kit. Might have to make a small relief cut on the side of my IFS skid but not sure yet!

FYI no clearance issues or trimming required with @SOS CONCEPTS Skid plates.

    Quick question -

The opening in the vertical pieces is wider than the cam tabs (to allow for proper fitment/adjustment). That being said, do you weld to the actual tabs? Maybe fill-in weld between the tabs and support piece?

I've been looking at the pictures, but it is sometimes hard to see what people have done here.

    Thanks.

Oh - received my kit last week! I am going to replace my LCAs, so as soon as I pick up a set, I will install these.

Kit ordered!! I'm stoked as I think the paper-thin LCA mounts and the low hanging y-pipe are two head-scratching design flaws in the 2nd & 3rd gen Tacoma platform.

I just got back from a 1000+ mile camping trip. Wheeled all around a lake and had no fear of the cam tabs bending. Felt great to get away. Woke up to this.
