I removed the flares to clean the mess behind them when I finally washed the truck and I'll be installing Bushwacker flares.

Found something to remove the line.

    AllClean+ from chemicalguys.com diluted 20:1
    https://www.chemicalguys.com/all-clean--all-purpose-cleaner/allclean-degreaser.html
and the Magic Eraser from Mr. Clean
    https://www.amazon.com/Clean-Durabl...way&sprefix=magic+,aps,140&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1

Spray the AllClean+ on the magic eraser and GENTLY rub the paint where the line is.
You have a black car so you have to be more careful.

I'm sure 90% of you have seen the brake thread, but that's what I did today. Rotors, pads, SS lines + bleed. Seized caliper pins were a giant pain in the ass. Sanded and lubed the hell out of them after they finally came out. Also went at the rear strut tophats with a sawzall and replaced with 3rd gen TRD OR struts. Waiting on shop to compress the fronts. Hopefully I can get those on next weekend!

Yeah no thanks. I have done all my own wrenching so far. But the detailing/buffing I don’t want want to do. I’m going to suck up the $300 or whatever to have someone do the outside, so she looks nice just once. The idea of the fucking up the paint with some aggressive compound does not appeal.

Had a little mod day at a buddies house today. Swapped out my stock 4cily regular cab suspension for a 3rd gen suspension. That extra leaf helps out with that FipPac weight a bit more.

Finally changed out of the stock shoes!
Had to do some cutting, there was still a lot of rub after I took the mud flaps off. Definitely see a 2” lift in the near future.

I broke in the suspension a little more this weekend. I beginning to convince myself that I DO need Dakars now...

Try four of the same! I have them in the bed for now but will mount to Prinsu. What’s your mounting plan?

It looks absolutely great, I am really interested on your sealing the doors I am going to look into that, one of the few complaints I have is the amount of wind noise.
