Did my head unit die in my 2012?

Hi guys.

Hope I don’t get roasted for not digging more myself, but I’m having serious issues with my sound system in the 2012 Double Cab.

Stock everything... and I’ve got virtually no sound out of anything besides the tweeters. I am a DUMMY when it comes to anything electrical and just truthfully have no idea where to start. The visuals on the STOCK deck all work fine, buttons and controls all work fine... Fades and levels all been played with... but I’ve got nothing coming besides a whisper from the tweeters at dash height.

Where do I start? I’ve ripped the deck out to look behind, and don’t notice much out of the ordinary.

Has anyone gone through this? Maybe a simple dummy fix that I am missing?

Mine mostly died 7 years ago. It’s like driving around with a dying cat stuck in the dash
