    Yes, sure did. Washed them in and out before dabbing dry, stuffing with aromatics, oil rub and dry rubbing.

    Also gonna try a home made dry rub next time.

    I usually do a thorough wash, then coat with olive oil, rosemary, sea salt and cloves. While it's smoking, I'll wash with a balsamic vinaigrette and brown sugar.

    Dont get suckered into alot of fancy gear that you may not need or only use once or twice..

    Take q notebook to write down what you forgot or wish you had... and when you get back look at what you took, if it was not used. Leave it behind next time.

    Before you know it, you have a the gear that works for YOU
