Yeah, it’s cheap enough to replace if we sell and it’s noted on an inspection report.

Also, there are already 2 GFI’s at the front of the circuit, in the laundry room, where the panel is.

What temp are you cooking at? Gonna have to cook 5-8 butts in September.. Hopefully having more on at the same time doesn't increase cook time that much.

    Well ....
    Tennessee tournament was, um, interesting.
The umps were the worst I’ve seen in a good while, favoring the local teams. Ex- one “3rd strike” to end an inning, down by 1 run 2 outs, bases loaded & full count, races past the catcher (in the dirt), 2 runs score.
The ump says: “Strike 3, no runs count.”
My son, in 3 different games, outran ground balls to first, was 5’ past the bag & was called out.

    It was BAD.

Now, to work tomorrow! (& hoping I can find out why my 40-hour week schedule is only 28 hours, after the store transfer. 30 & below is part-time.)

There are GFCI that mount in the breaker
One would hope that such trash would be pushed out of the sport. My wife is the sports guru, but even if I were the there and one of the locals I would be upset. You gotta be fair to the kids.

Our girls will be in sports I'm sure. Probably softball like their Mom.

You can get GFCIs that mount in the breaker box but according to code they have to be at the outlet.

Outdoor stuff again becomes it's own animal as well. You have to use special boxes and outdoor rated wiring and outlets. Also there are some industrial GFCIs that are rated for higher amperage but still less than the breaker. It can be a PITA. If there are already GFCIs on a ckt I think it can cause some issues not 100% sure on that though. Personally I'd much rather deal with plumbing and HVAC stuff than stupid electrical.

That's where I was going with that response but I didn't have my thoughts together enough to make it coherent lol

I tend to run mine on "smoke" setting for the first hour or more to get smoke infused in the meat, then set it to temp and let it go.

I bought one of these to help infuse some smoke flavor...we'll see how it goes...if it ends up being a turd, I'll do the smoke setting like you said.

Nice, report back on that. I have read, if you want to smoke cheese, those are the only way to go (needs to be a "cold smoke)

Glad it worked out for you. I can only imagine how frustrating that had to be while just trying to cook some food. I actually need to switch out my GFCI for an in-use cover and one of my plugs is shot.

I feel the same way. I took at least 40 pictures during is this round and at the end they all look the same.
Can't play a round of golf checking the temp on your phone before every hole with charcoal and solid wood. :bananadance:
    225. The added butt doesn't affect the pellet grill because the probe and computer adjust for the added meat but pretty sure that any stick burner is going to take a little longer. I would prepare for an extra hour or so.

Wasn't cooking anything, was just trying to do the initial burn-in to cook off all the crap from the factory.

Will be cooking something up for the 4th though!
