I think i had a hole the size of a dime. Do you have holes in the frame or just bad rust?

Bad rust, especially in the front under the engine. A lot of the weld points are badly rusted and the frame behind the engine, you can see layers of rusted metal.

I think it may actually have to be fully rusted through the frame, i'd take a look right at where the cat comes close to the frame passenger side, that's where i had my hole.

Some of the dealerships will go around with a hammer and check the rust spots to see if it is actually rusted through.

Ok, I need to take it in to have the leaf springs done as well, so I'm guessing they'll do a frame inspection at that time. I just wanted to find a dealership that treats it's customers well, I went in to mine in Springfield and they were not very friendly, course it was a Saturday and there were tons of people in there so who knows.

2nd on Ourisman Chantilly, they were quick (about two weeks). Don't ever have them coat your frame, as that'll make it harder to get it replaced

That's where i had the leaf springs replaced as well, I had a very positive experience. I would make sure to specifically mention the frame inspection if you want it done.

The only reason I went to chantilly is because Fairfax didnt even return my phone call.

I was going to ask you if you had your frame done, something I notice on Tacos these days, it looked in very good shape from what I could see, thanks again for the part btw, I'm hoping I can do the work on Wednesday.

I went to Autonation Leesburg last August and it took them 8+ weeks to even get a frame in (edit: first went at the end of May, job was completed first week of August). When I finally dropped it off, they had it done the next day. But this was last August and a lot of the warranties on the 05/06s were about to run out so I wouldn't necessarily blame the delay on them. They were nice about it but seemed kinda clueless/lazy about getting the frame there and after my complaining about the time, supposedly "gave" me someone else's frame that had come in. Their work was good though - no loose bolts or screw ups that I am aware of.

@fatfurious2 took his to Chantilly more recently and if I recall correctly, did not have the same positive experience others have mentioned.

They are definitely adjustable, should be about 150 psi. You need a shock regulator to set it because the gas volume is so small.

If you can come up we can set it up for you.
