Well, put new hubs/bearings in last night and had alignment done this morning, shudder is still there. Not mad about it, all the work I've done needed to be done, but I am back to square one on the shudder issue.

    How are the ball joints?
    Tie rod ends?
    Rack bushings?

    Check for tyre cupping also.

    How old are the tyres?

I had one tyre with an internal belt separating and wiggled like the frame was broke at 70.
At about 30 and lower it had a pulse like the brake was dragging....

I'm thinking it must be tire related, they have been consistently rotated and dont appear to be cupped but they do have some age on them.

Possible the new caliper is bad? Reman? It happens.

I got a set of Falken Wildpeak AT3W

Good tyre, way better than the Bridgestone Revo tyre that was on it.

    640 from Discount Tire.
Not a fan of BFG. Yokohama are bad ass, expensive. Depends on what you want to do and if you care about MPG.

That's prob going to be what goes on there. It has Toyo AT2s on there now which I also have on my truck and really like, but the wife wants a little better looking sidewall on the T4R.

Yeah it is remanufactured, NAPA. I supposed it's possible, but I think it's more likely the original caliper on the drivers side is causing the problem.

Understood. It's why I tend to replace calipers in pairs. Sometimes only do one if it's a beater, funds are tight, or I'm helping out someone else who's funds are tight.

With all the refresh you are doing I'd go for that 2nd caliper. Just because.

Prob not a bad idea, wasn't that expensive after core turn in.
