I agree, and if I had a 3rd gen, I might have gone that route as well. I do love the sides you can add onto it and I am hopeful that eddy might come up with something like that for the 2nd and 3rd gen streamline bumpers.

I think I might be going for something eddie doesn't have pictures of. So I'm stoked. Haha

Although I need to evaluate my intake situation now.... Wonder if I can weatherproof the stock one.

I want a bender too.. have been looking at the JD2 with air over hydraulics. But I need a garage first.. I think the wife would have a fit if I drilled holes in the basement floor, and cemented in some threads.. so i need to build my garage first.. then i can play... If I didnt have to rebuild my deck and pay a contractor nearly $2k to fix my back wall.... Id be drawing up garage plans, and getting a foundation poured by now....

really want a garage tall enough to put in a 2 post lift.. with a 5" slab 3000PSI(minimum required for a lift, not looking to lift large/heavy trucks...).. I'm thinking a slab with a 2' concrete block/poured knee wall and 10"ceilings should do.. with a 2nd story loft 28x30 2 doors on 28' side... but I could settle for a 10" ceiling, and get a smaller lift just to get the truck 4ft off the ground would be nicer than working on the ground..

Thatd be one sweet garage. I'm coming to your place. Haha

I'll probably end up with. Jd as well. I'd also like to score a bridgeport as well. I've done lots of coping with them and obviously they're worth their weight in gold.

The fab table is what I'm really looking for. Going to be building a work shop detached fr the house tucking everything in there

That is house/garage goals for me...Want to fit a lift in there. I feel like its one of those things you definitely don't NEED but when you or someone you know has one the convenience alone pays for itself. I was lucky to be able to install my lift and a family friend's house who had a huge barn/garage down the street from his house that served two purposes...Auto and generator maintenance on the main level, Sausage making and meat curing upstairs

I'm on a small town plot .40acres... so limited on what I can do for space.. but have plenty of room for the 28x30 garage.. could even make it deeper 40ft if I wanted.. cant build within 10ft of property line.. so I'll make it 14ft so I can park a trailer, boat or whatever between the building and the garage. the loft will mainly be for storage, but I would like to put my server, and a few other powered items up there. maybe a small dafting table.

    the shop/garage would have:

my blue 72" tool cabinet https://www.nhproequip.com/crx72301901set-72-rolling-tool-box-72-top-hutch

large heavy wooden workbench (think 2x4's laminated like a butcher block table)
steel workbench/fab table (need to buy/build)
internet service (wifi AP, and wired service from house)
    my older TV with chromecast
Surround sound setup with powered sub
beer/ice pop fridge (have an older one)
rest would be tools, jacks, and welders (wire, and tig, and a plasma torch) (to buy later)
laptop for diagnosis, and entertainment (have my old 17" dell XPS)

stock size 265/75/16 yokohama Geo AT's getting 17.9 average with all my camping gear. and thats driving 65-75+mph, dropping gears cause the auto just does not like to stay in the higher gears.. even in sport shift...looking at going to 255/85/16's soon as the yokos wear out... thinking cooper ST Maxx, or ST pro.. that'll drop my MPG's a bit, but not horribly.... not sure if gearing will be necessary until a later time.

    Gotta catch up there man!

For real, it's kind of odd honestly. I wish I had just done it sooner now. Crawls a lot better. I needed to get the hypertech speedometer calibrator as well @m603holden

That's worse mileage than I get with the Ram, while hauling a 16 foot dump trailer with a full load of wet compost...

Are you deploying a parachute whenever you pull away from a traffic light?

Tis up high on the "next" list. Smoked the clutch on an obstacle at Jeep eater the first, time out with the new setup and realized I still need more low, especially when bigger tires come
