    I know the Vicks stuff works great for an upset stomach. I had eaten some bad chicken one night and it gave me what I call "bubble gut", my wife took some Vicks and rubbed it on my stomach and within about 2 minutes I was feeling alot better. I will warn you though it will make you fart something nasty (clear the room style) and quite often, but it worked within about 10 minutes I was back to normal again.
