    It’s printed on the face of the fuse cover right in front of you.

    what's printed on the outside of the cover is a description of what each fuse is if you can decipher the somewhat ambiguous naming convention used.

    Yup- found it. Wasn't a fuse problem. The wire bundle connection in the left control panel wasn't completely seated. Had recent work done and the body shop didn't snap the connector all the way in. Repair cost - $0
    Just an hour and a half of my life gone.
