There is no 4" factory lift on these, it must be aftermarket- even the 2wd PreRunner model isn't per say lifted, although its slightly higher and 2" wider then the standard Tacoma truck.

best best is to get some Bilstein 5100s if you're on a budget($350) with some 2" coils ($160) from say Headstrong, Eibach, etc. and use them on the first perch. Youre not pre loading the stock (and probably worn out) coils you have on it.
If you want the bro lean look, leave the back stock and do nothing except replace the shock.

With the stock 4600 yellow Bilsteins, they will do nothing to raise the front end.

yeah i know i told that to the guy when i got the truck and he said he meant like he had toyotas factory/ team do the lift. kinda threw me off too and i keep wording it like that. so the 5100s are what you rec?these bilstiens are hydrolic shocks correct? dont want nitrogen or anything. wanna keep it stock in that aspect get me. again thanks for your time please keep me posted. ill post a pic of my truck soon. ps. just gotta throw on these fender flares when i get some time.

The Bilsteins are gas pressure shocks..like most decent shocks out there. def the best all around shock available for the price
