    :oldglory: Happy Independence Day! :oldglory:

BBQ's around the country will be fired up and cooking today!

I know my WSM will be smoking up some baby backs and Wicked Baked Beans. I am gonna share my cooking with a few pictures and dialog and encourage all ya'll to do the same!

There are already a few threads which cover grilling and smoking. @Polymerhead's thread Food Smokers and Smoking Tips/Tricks/Techniques immediately comes to mind, as there are some serious folks over there turning out some outstanding BBQ results! It's a great thread to listen and learn about good Q. There are also some folks over on @Bigdaddy4760's thread BigDaddy’s Buzzed Shop Builds, Beer, BBQ an BS that are pretty serious about their BBQ.

At any rate, I'm gonna share a few pictures throughout the day.

Feel free to post up pictures of your Fourth of July feasts!

Yesterday @rlx02, @jsinnard and myself were trading ideas regarding cooking pork ribs (you fellas feel free to post pic's of your cooking today). We threw around some good ideas and I am hoping folks can do the same thing here.

I defrosted three baby back racks and I cut each rack in half to enable easy placement on the grill. I rubbed them down with my favorite spices.

I dusted all the ribs with Killer Hogs A.P. rub, then I applied Pitfaced Spicy to half the ribs and Killer Hogs Hot BBQ rub to the other half.

I source the Pitfaced Meat Massage from @bvbull200 and really like this rub. Pitfaced BBQ - Meat Massage and Spicy Meat Massage Now Shipping! http://www.pitfacedbbq.com The Spicy version works great on pork ribs.

I got the Killer Hogs rubs from Malcom Reeds site:http://killerhogs.com, where you will find videos of Malcom's recipes.

I will fire up the smoker in a couple of hours and get these ribs cooking!

Wow, good for you! Sounds like you're feeding an army.
Pork belly bites, is that similar to pork belly burnt ends?

The ribs are coming along just swimmingly!

I also made Wicked Baked Beans (try them if you haven't!) and added them to the smoker. YUM!:drool::drool:

I added fresh peppers out of the garden: a Poblano, an Anaheim, and a Jalapeño. Good stuff!

These beans will smoke for three hours or so.
