Depends on what your gonna do and budget.
You can’t go wrong with a old man emu setup very affordable and different setups.
For aftermarket coilovers these are pricey there is king,fox, icon, toytec. Do some creeping on build threads ask questions, ride in other members rigs with various setups with armor, tires, etc. this will give you a good idea of what you like/dislike.

So with this month's meetup...

What are y'alls thoughts on breaking from the Cars and Coffee scene?

Still do a monthly meetup, but do our own thing. Each time we pick a new location. South side, North side, all over. Could move it around the towns? I know we donate money when going to COTA, but we really don't utilize it for much more than our own gathering. Plus the meets are short and people roll out and we always have so much fun at lake days and meetups.


Lake days, Trail Runs, Random takeover of establishments?

I like the idea too. If there was a possibility of maybe doing some of these on a Saturday I could join here and there. With every month meeting being in Sunday I can never attend.

I could provide a place in Liberty Hill for a gathering if anyone was interested.

Yes on the Saturday! Much easier for people I hope. The goal is to have longer shindigs, possibly camping. Just a more fun meetup than a quick couple hours. We can still do a donation pull and send in from the club to an org we choose if we want

 

I'm down! A park would be nice. The black top is unbearable this time of year.

 

I say just let the free market decide. If we want to plan other events let’s do it and we can still leave the CNC on the schedule. Just see where it naturally goes.

Interesting @Misplaced Nebraskan , interesting. I have noticed though that things fizzle if not planned in advance enough.

 

Having a TTC only meet on the beach at SPI would be badass af my guy

 

@Misplaced Nebraskan - keep in mind. We will need to hash out date, time and location plenty in advance and make a flyer for social media.

Already have about 20+ people asking about future gatherings and already said COTA on the 21st for C&C.

Please don't get me wrong...I'm 100% game to switch it up! Just have to let everybody know accordingly or else some peeps going to probably be upset they didnt know.
