I’m a bit ignorant on the wheel and tire fit issues, so despite a lot of searching I’ll ask a couple questions that have likely been asked before.

I have a ‘15 OR all stock, currently 16”x7” 30 offset wheels with 265/70 rubber.

    1. Can I run an aftermarket wheel of 16x8 with 4.5" BS without rubbing?

    2. If so, would the 265/70 still be a good fit despite the 1” wider rim?

    3. What is the narrowest tire that will fit that wider rim?

    Thanks!

You are fine with your findings. The 16x8 w/ 4.5 bs will fit a 245/70/16, it is about as small as you want to go. There will be no rub on the 265/70/16 as I ran that size wheel on my second gen. Then I moved to a 285/75/16 and there was rub on the wheel well fender liner (never took it off road but would have rubbed on the cab mount also)
