    They are pretty lenient if peopleofwalmart.com is any indication

    True story...a few months ago I accidentally shoplifted a pound of bacon from them. I was using the self checkout thingy and it was standing upright against the basket and I missed it. The young lady just followed me out and politely reminded me that I had missed it. Didn't even call security. They are pretty laid back.
