    Well, I just traded in a 2016 Barcelona Red, SR5, 2.7L, with some 31,900 km on the clock. Just looked and operated as brand new. Asked the dealership for a Red 2019, SR5, 3.5L and they could not find any in the eastern parts of Canada. So, I opted for the Blue Cav colour which my wife just happen to like much. Ok with me also, not as flashy or manly as red, but a bit of change does not kill one. Not everytime, anyway.
    I'll find a more proper forum to explain the circumstances of such a costly trade in. Suggestions welcome as to the proper forum.

    I like how it looks so different depending on the light. It still stops me in my tracks like the first time I saw it.

    I’ve been thinking about making the switch for a while. Came from a 2008 F-150 Crew Cab 2WD. Been wanting a 4WD for a long time. The wife and I decided that a full size truck just isn’t really needed for us anymore. Our kids are older and have their own cars. We just don’t all pile in the same vehicle as much anymore, so it will usually just be me in it. Plus, she never was completely comfortable driving a full size truck, so if she has the need, this will be much easier for her to drive.

    Ma wife will be amazed to learn that a am now known as "Tim Horton" in the greater Amarica. Well, up hire in Kanada, a am still known as Bobb...
    A like the blue shade though, and a don't feel as a sissy driving it around...

    No pix but my son just picked up a Cav blue 2019 Sport 4x4 in NC. Broke it in nicely traveling back to Cali.
    My wife has an 18 and the differences in that and the ‘19 are interesting, and better. I swear the 19 rides better and shifts better.
    Is it possible Toyota corrected some stuff in ECU at least?

    Always want to have the last word, eh RKEWL ? No problem, I got used to it with my wife, after 41 years.

    A word for Denteen: I just switched from a 2016 to a 2019, and I am left with the impression that the latter rides smoother and quieter... So does my wife. Is it possible ?
