So guys, if I have a 3in lift, what should my alignment specs be for toe, caster, and camber?

    Caster, toe , camber
This is usually the sweet spot to aim for. Sometimes a little more caster is needed to clear the cab mount in the back of the wheel well. I have seen as high as 5 on caster to clear certain weeks and tires with wheel spacers and such.

And Im sure 3 - caster, is not achievable with stock UCAs right? Hence why they say you need aftermarket for a 3in lift. I was wondering why, because my friend said all the alignment specs came down out as "dead on."

Yes it is extremely difficult to achieve on stock uca's with that amount of lift.
