    Need to access my rear panel on extended cab for body work, anyone know how to remove interior rear cover to expose inside of body on 2000? TY

    Are you talking about removing the quarter trim (see diagram)? If so, this shows which bolts pass through it. This is from the 2000 Field Service Manual.
