    Welp shit...

Although mid night is assumed to be a time of 00:00,. It could also be considered the middle of the night, which could be a small window on either side of 00:00 therefore making tonight still valid.:rofl:

Or midnight between sunset and sunrise which has passed also.

    Making my head hurt now...:cookiemonster:

Once again I had to try and go with something new and out of the box so to say... and I wanted an excuse to try and cook one of these things! I'll have a full write up later, but I'll dump some pics/cliff notes here for now.

Full disclosure: @Misplaced Nebraskan did cook this over at my place, but he was the sole preparer and cook of this dish. It was brined already by the time he showed up and he cooked it on his grill himself. He even used his own temp probes.

No input from me. I've never cooked alligator, so not like I'd have any input of value anyways! :D

I’m just messing with him. I mean if there was WiFi involved then I would really have questioned him.

The gator part looks interesting, I’ve only ever eaten gator tail so how was the rest. Now the chicken the gator threw up I’m not sure about that. :bananadead:

I mean I did try and recruit his daughter's assistance. She's the one with the skillz!

The taste varried from head to tail. The ribs and back loin was awesome! More of a combo of chicken / frog legs / slight briney taste. The legs... super briney and frog leggy. The tail, the bottom part is the thickest chunk, was awesome. predominately chicken with a small frog leg presence.

Well we know she is the official Team W.T.F. photog. :)

I’ve heard the ribs are pretty good. Smoked and sauced they are supposed to be top notch. That and eating something that can eat you is just satisfying.
