    Well didn't plan on the last minute and have 34 of them left LOL. And ain't got no gator, @Misplaced Nebraskan what a creative imagination you have! :thumbsup:

    And my plattered picture didn't turn out so well. But it sure was good.

    Bacon wrapped onions rings drizzled with honey and 4 of them coated with Pitfaced Meat Massage. Snake on the kettle and held steady at 250° but took a lot longer than expected and held back everything else. But was worth the wait.

    Pineapple spears coated with brown sugar and cinnamon and grilled.

    Top Sirloin pork kabobs brined and coated with PF, with peppers and onions marinated in Italian dressing and avocado oil. And cherry tomatoes on a separate skewer at the end (they cook fast) on a second kettle when bacon wrapped onions rings were almost done.

    Didn't even get to the corn. Guess could have taken better picture at the end but I stood there cutting up the pork kabobs and onion rings with pieces of pineapple :anonymous:

    Oh I agree there. One bad thing about doing the cook on the road was not having my usual setup. Plus it took way longer to cook than anticipated and I was ready to be done.

    Unfortunately, I didn't get a completed pic on the grill. Just rolled with what was available. I may remove the words but my PC is too far from my bed right now... :rofl:
