I was at my local Toyota dealer for their first annual Toyota Fest and stumbled across this beauty:

Seen something similar at import face off a couple years ago. 2002 Taco with straight 6 from an older Supra - 7MGTE turbo. That was a cool motor swap.

You typically can't put much of a price on this type of work. This was all 100% custom for sure. There are no off the shelf Supra motor swap kits.

Seeing as how swapping a used domestic V8 can easily cost $10k, let's just assume it's more than a grand... And unless that thing is pushing 1000HP, that's not a 100k build, either.

If you want a shop to do this for you, you are essentially going to hand them a blank check, and they'll call you when it's done and tell you how much it was. You might even get on an episode of Overhaulin' or something.

The engine makes the rest of the truck pointless. No need to go off-roading when you can just fly over the mountain.

Heard a story where someone asked a BMW engineer why they didn’t have more cup holders in BMWs. He said for the same reason you don’t have a steering wheel on your coffee table. Same logic applies here.
