Thanks man, I, not too worried about it. I like the idea that everything will be refreshed on the top side. Since I don’t know what it went through before I got it, I like new parts

I am glad to finally put the carrier in though and I might not have done it if it wasn’t down and parked.

Boring stuff today. Dropped the driveshaft last night and replaced the carrier bearing. I put some spicer joints in this morning, and put the DS back in. Waiting on idlers, belt, and timing chain tensioners that won’t be here till I’m gone.

Well. The Tacoma is down, but the T4R came through and brought this home today. 8A72A5FC-546C-488F-9ABE-521ECB620904.jpg

Just what I need, something else to mod. Seriously though I do have a few changes in mind.

Depends who you ask, but thanks :)

It’s a really simple trailer compared to most but it should suit our needs perfectly.

Easier than a tent for sure an still keep the bed space. If we ever get that serious about our travels we’re definitely getting something similar.

I like the fact it’s light and easy compared to everything else we’ve had. Being able to take the tent off and move it to the truck could be nice too. I’m big on things being very modular in my old age lol.

The Tacoma is back in one piece, and just got back from a shakedown run. Everything felt, and sounded great so far. I’m gonna drive a bit more and keep an eye on the data logs, but I’m pretty certain it will be on the beach this weekend.

In the process of getting the trailer ready for the SPI run, I did a little decal delete. Say hello to the NOBO Sport Model

From the factory it was a little to busy for me, I’m thinking this will look much better behind my truck. I might take them all off, still deciding.

The SPI run was a complete success. Both the truck and the trailer performed outstanding! I did come away with some new mods for both to make them even better. We had a blast hanging out with everyone. 82475AF7-5E01-4540-9685-DBE42DE9BBCC.jpg

Did the truck ever have any issues with overheating while on the sand towing? I remember at the PINs run last year, someone rented a trailer similar to yours and it made 2 or 3 tacos over heat.. Kept having to put it behind another truck lol

Not even a little. I was kinda worried about that much 4-low driving but it did just fine. I’m still going to upgrade the cooling system but I think all the motor mods making it more efficient helped as well.
