    15 people will keep the cost production relatively lower than just maybe a one off for like 1 to 3 guys, so I dont want to overstep my boundaries here, but I'm going to venture to say that it should be relatively on the cheaper end because of how many of us are on board with this.

    really hard to say, but @12TRDTacoma is right. The more, the better. I wont have an idea until I get the part Modeled, then a program made up for it. Then its just the material and machine time (setup and run) cost. I'll see what I can get the cost down to.

    Eh we are at 15, at this point we are well past a minimum which is usually 5 for most GBs. The more we have the better and ultimately cheaper though!

    Oversized with the massive weight reduction.

    It is the equal to running 18" lightweight aluminum rims over OE 18s which are not designed for maximum weight reduction.

    There is a lot of horsepower being eaten up by all that heavy spinning mass. Especially with both pulleys in stock steel form. If you get two lightweight billet pulleys and the one for the supercharger designed to provide further boost on top of what you are already producing you'll feel a MASSIVE bump in the seat of the pants power. The gain will be easily documentable on a Dyno as well. Yes you can hold me to that.
