    Much the same thing happened to me. I used my Chase credit card to make the purchase through PayPal. I did not get the normal PayPal transaction email and the purchase did not show up in my transaction history. I filed a dispute with Chase on June 30. I received a call from Chase five days later on July 5. I explained the issue and was told I would receive the $1000 credit in the next few days. I just checked my Chase account and the credit is there. It took six days start to finish.

    Glad it worked out for you. My mistake was filing the dispute with PayPal instead of BoA. I would’ve had my money by now.

    From woocomerce on the website. It's how all orders are tracked and the ones that's still says processing hasn't opened a dispute. After the dispute is opened its automatically changed from processing to "on hold". PayPal was just a payment processor, not the order system.

    I filed the PayPal dispute for my order (#7471) on 6/30, so I'm expecting to have my money back later this week. I was somehow able to pick up a brand new set from a local member last night, so I won't be placing a new order. Thanks for putting on the GB! Here are a few pics.
