    I am about to buy a front bumper but am undecided on adding the bull bar or not.

    Other than being a hookup point / radiator / brush guard...

    1) What is its purpose?
    2) What have you used yours for?

    No bull bar. Stock bumper or full replacement should be your options IMO

    Unless you mean actually bars on the metal bumper? I have this style but sometimes wish I had full bars around the headlights

    These bumpers serve as protection, great recovery points, winch mounting etc

    That looks good! You have one but you still vote "NO"? It will be a full high clearance bumper replacement that im looking at.

    Bull bar is the piece that goes over the stock bumper that's why he says no to "bull bar". You're talking about stinger/hoops. My vote is for the stinger/center hoop as @GT7 has.

    Yup, voted no before commenting, my bad. Get some form of hoop at least would be my recommendation. Unless you are going for that sleek/streamline look
