    Hello everyone!
    Is there a way to have the 2018 TRD Sport show its pitch and roll as the TRD Off-Road and Pro do?
    Aftermarket sensors or anything?

    Yes, but . . . it is based on the accelerometer in the phone, no the Taco. It has a lot more resolution than the OR / Pro or the Smittybilt ones. You just need to know what the baselines are and not move your phone. It would be cool if there was a zero-ing function. I have not found that and the calibration seems to drift over time.


    Regarding the OP, I feel that the pitch and roll screen is in our ECUs somewhere and could be let out with the right tinkering. I don't have those kind of skillz, and the one person that has posted about trying ( @jcayce ) has said that they bricked some.

    Interesting. I have never seen that when looking around the app trying to find it.

    I have the DMM, but use a Ram X-Grip mount, so pitch and roll is going to change every time I remove and replace the phone. That will only be a few degrees max though. There is a fun climb just off of a favorite trail. It feels like something close to 30deg, but measuring on Google says that it is about 16deg max. Very deceptive.

    One note there, in my experience, my phone does not move in the X-Grip, onroad, offroad, or on my bikes. With any kind of case on it, it is even more stable with the friction between the case and mount versus a smooth, bare phone surface.

    Thanks! But, I know how to add displays to Torque. It is zero'ing them that is my struggle. Basically, what is level? We need to start on a level surface and zero the displays there. I don't see how to do that.
