2008 Tacoma Manual Transmission

Pump died, some internal gook fell on the pump, locked up or created resistance on the pump fan and now the impaler does not catch the pump fan, so pump fan runs free. Tried to JB weld together to no avail.
Question is that I saw the same pump cheaper available for Lexus, Sequoia and 4Runner with this part number:
17610-0S010

Has anyone cross installed and seems like the same size in all aspects.
Any advice appreciated.
