    What people are willing to pay and the availability of the wheel. Supply and Demand. I sold mine for $800, they MSRP for $400 a piece. Some have sold them for less but that kind of jacks around the real price for everyone else.

    It took me a month or so, and had a ton of low ball offers, but ended up getting $900 for 2018 OR wheels/tires. 6500 miles w/out sensors. It just takes the right guy to come along.

    Naw, there are plenty of people that like them. I'm just not one of those. I "could" live with them but since selling them as take offs was quick and easy I was able to get into wheels I like much more at a reasonable cost.

    The best scenario for all is a person who purchased a base Tacoma, and is looking at buying all new tires which are not cheap...to pick up some of the alloy wheels for a couple hundred on top of the tires is a deal.
