Yes an intercooler comes with a kit.

We are using a Treadstone TR1235. Maintaining temperatures is absolutely critical in a boosted application with high compression like this, so a cheap small IC isn't going to cut it.

    • Core Size, 12.5" X 22" X 3.5"
    • Overall lenght 30"
    • Less than 2psi pressure drop at max flow
    • 3" inlet/outlet
    • 3.5" core, 1142 CFM flow rate, 760hp efficient, 1.5psi drop

Was there any thought in adding an option for a single turbo with a manifold that routes the driver side exhaust gases around the engine to join with the passenger side of the exhaust? I know the passenger side has a lot more room and mounting the turbo within the engine bay could alleviate the concerns of the current placement?

Not trying to be argumentative and I haven’t had my hands on everything out there.

I agree B series and L series are mounted higher. The 1HD-T, KD, KZ, and VD I would not consider top mount. Granted they are still mounted higher than the @OVTune set up.

I am sure they’ve been dunked before. Anyone seen antidotal evidence of damage from water crossings on these? Nothing popped up on google but I didn’t look that hard either.

I don't see why you guys are worried about this. With turbos on your taco you can go fast enough to just pond skim any water crossings. duhhhhh

I can’t wait for the first person to come complain that it comes on at 2100 instead of 2356 or 973.

Im probably in the power band every single day. My Tacoma gets abused :p . It will be a nice change having that power come on sooner.

Looks like turbos are mounted fair bit higher than an oil pan, so drain back shouldn’t be issue. Not sure about the rest

Pricing for turbo kit and S/C on site.
First 2 S/C kits we've had made are already called for.
